When we first connected with the team at Platform Media in the UK, the goal was simple but powerful bring forward a side of Dubai that the world rarely sees. Not the skyline. Not the spectacle. But the soul.

DXB Unheard set out to give voice to the quiet power of the city. The stories behind the shine. The lives in the margins. The conversations we don’t always hear, but should.

Season 1 was a celebration of that vision. True Films was proud to help bring it to life.

What We Did

As the local production partner, True Films supported Platform Media on the ground in every step of the production process.

• We handled all logistics in Dubai including permitting, crew management, transport, and location coordination.
• We collaborated closely with the UK-based editorial team to translate their vision into real moments on camera.

Why This Matters
